Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists in Palm Beach is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and improve day-to-day medical practice operations, including revenue cycle, scheduling, patient flow, and quality standards. The role partners with Physicians and Medical Directors to ensure the success of the practices and the enterprise.

The position oversees staffing, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance with OSHA, HRS, and other mandates.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in medical practice setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and manage billing/collections processes.
• Oversee daily operations, patient flow, and customer service.
• Manage staffing levels and staff development.
• Assist with purchasing and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HRS, and other mandates.
• Lead performance coaching and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with departments and physicians to improve efficiency.
