Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily clinical and administrative functions across pediatric practices. You will align operations with standardized models, drive efficiency, and collaborate with medical directors to ensure high-quality care and financial performance.

The role focuses on revenue cycle, budgeting, vendor management, and staff development within a collaborative, multi-department setting.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a medical practice setting and 5+ years of clerical office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve day-to-day operations aligning with NCPS and NCHS standards.
• Oversee revenue cycle activities including charge capture, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate with leaders on vendor management, scheduling expenditures, and variance analysis.
• Ensure staffing levels and skills support daily center operations and patient flow.
• Assist with purchasing, accounts payable/receivable and budget documentation.
• Maintain licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, HRS, etc.).
