Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System seeks a skilled operations leader to manage and improve day-to-day medical practice operations. You will oversee revenue cycle, community relations, budgets, and quality standards while working with physicians and medical directors to ensure the success of practices and the physician enterprise overall.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance coaching, coordinate with support services, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or related field preferred.
• CMPE, FACHE, FACMPE, and other relevant certifications.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in medical practice setting; knowledge of hospital-based departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle, community relations, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Physicians and Medical Directors to ensure practice success.
• Lead efforts to maximize revenue, manage reconciliations, and ensure compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; coach performance and apply corrective actions.
• Monitor facility maintenance, safety, and inventory to support multiple specialties.
• Coordinate with Security and Plant Operations to provide a safe environment.
• Resolve patient complaints and act as liaison between patients and physicians.
• Ensure OSHA and other mandates are met; participate in Environment of Care rounds.
• Analyze staffing levels and coordinate scheduling.
