Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to work with infants and toddlers in home- and community-based settings. Responsibilities include developmental assessments, implementing PT services, and aligning with IFSPs to promote developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Pediatric physical therapy experience required, EI experience preferred.
• Familiar with family-centered coaching approaches.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver skills.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Provide re-assessments and progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regs.
