Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a flexible Physical Therapist to support infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings. This role emphasizes family-centered care and collaboration with caregivers to advance developmental goals.

The position involves pediatric EI work across California, with options for home-based scheduling and remote coordination, leveraging a multidisciplinary therapy team and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have California PT license (DPT) and pediatric experience.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using family-centered coaching.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use parent coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment and in home/community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal rules.
