Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home- and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers in California.

You will assess development, support IFSP goals, and coach families to improve outcomes in daily activities. Ideal candidates have pediatric experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred in Early Intervention settings.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills required.
• Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services.
• Follow IFSP goals and collaborate with families to support development.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to empower caregivers.
• Provide services in children’s homes or community settings.
• Prepare progress reports bi-annual and maintain confidentiality.
