Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in California. Competitive hourly pay based on experience and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric/Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy in home settings.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skill.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
