Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

You will assess, plan, and implement PT interventions within IFSP goals, coaching families to support progress in natural environments. Join a multidisciplinary team offering occupational, physical, and speech therapies across California, with flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy license (DPT) required.
• Pediatric/early intervention experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and partner with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver skills and confidence.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment, including homes and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
