Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) is seeking a Patient Operations Specialist to enhance our pediatric clinic operations. In this role, you will engage warmly with patients, assist with scheduling, and manage patient registration while ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday. Sunday 7:30am - 4:00pm
At COPA, our Patient Operations Specialists are the warm and approachable team members who help keep our pediatric clinic running smoothly every day. As a key member of the Patient Operations team, you’ll support children and families by scheduling appointments, welcoming patients at check-in and check-out, and helping families navigate COPA’s patient portal. This role blends organization, technology, and compassion, requiring attention to detail, comfort with healthcare systems, and an understanding of policies that protect our patients. Most importantly, you’ll help create a warm, inclusive, and family-friendly environment where every patient feels cared for and supported.
