You will verify insurance, coordinate with therapists, and manage multiple software systems to keep daily operations running smoothly, with an emphasis on outstanding service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical/healthcare office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and guide them through the visit process.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Register new patients and maintain records.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with referrals.
