This role connects families with the clinical team, coordinating scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment coordination to create a calm, positive patient experience.

You will collaborate with the dental team, support front-d desk operations, and help ensure smooth daily workflows while providing outstanding service to families seeking pediatric dental care.

Qualifications

• Front desk or PCC experience in a dental office is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is helpful.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with families, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and families upon arrival.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
• Communicate with families via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Verify insurance and assist with billing processes.
• Present and review dental treatment plans with families.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Partner with dental staff to support patient flow.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
• Maintain scheduling and performance goals.
• Complete daily KPI reporting.
• Deliver a welcoming and positive experience from first contact to checkout.
