Pediatric Associates of Barrington – Crystal Lake location is seeking a Patient Representative to be the friendly first contact for families. You will help coordinate care, schedule appointments, and keep patient information organized in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

Eligible candidates bring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and comfortable computer use. The role includes weekend shifts and multi-location access to support families across two IL sites.

Formación

• High School diploma standard requirement.
• Ability to multitask in a busy front-desk setting.
• Attention to detail for patient data and billing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and records.
• Effective problem solving and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Answers phones, schedules appointments and verifies patient information.
• Completes check-in, check-out and end of day processing.
• Enters charges; collects and posts payments.
• Collects patient balances.
• Copies medical records.
• Scans incoming patient records/reports.
• Completes end of day process.
• Processes medical records requests.
• Demonstrates and supports PediaTrust Core Values.
