Qualifications

• Communicate effectively with children of various ages and families.

Responsibilities

• Pre-registration and full registration.
• Obtain consent paperwork and inform patients of rights and privacy notices.
• Collect identification, guarantor information and insurance coverages.
• Verify insurance and collect co-payments.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with clinical team.
• Handle patient intake/referrals and new patient scheduling.
• Coordinate referrals and manage departmental faxes.
• Scan records to EPIC medical record system.
• Collaborate with the Patient Access Lead to resolve issues.
