Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in patient access, scheduling, registration, or healthcare customer service.
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic, Cerner) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as front door for patients, scheduling needed services.
• Triages calls to appropriate areas per management guidelines.
• Obtains and enters accurate scheduling and registration data (demographics, insurance, guarantor).
• Supports financial clearance activities (benefit eligibility, verification, pre-certification).
