You will oversee scheduling, registration, and ambulatory workflows for pediatric patients and caregivers, greet patients, and facilitate referrals to ensure high-quality customer service during outreach via phone and patient portals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in ambulatory/outpatient medical practice operations.
• Knowledge of medical insurance and referrals.
• Proficient in EMR and medical office procedures.

• Oversee patient scheduling, registration and ambulatory workflows.
• Document patient contact in medical records and portal messages.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and outreach to overdue patients.
• Support site leadership to improve patient workflows and experience.
