Job summary

Children’s Minnesota in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to evaluate and treat pediatric patients, guiding them toward independence in daily activities. The role requires an OT degree and Minnesota state licensure, with temporary licensure accepted when board exam is passed; BLS certification is also required, and pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Minnesota state licensure required; temporary licensure accepted if accompanied by proof of passing occupational therapy board examination.
• BLS certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide occupational therapy services to children; document and communicate care details to caregivers and teams.
• Provide patient/family/staff education; maintain a safe, clean environment and proper equipment care.
• Manage time effectively and promote satisfaction among patients, families and interdepartmental teams.
