Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy for children from birth to 21. You will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and work closely with families to support progress at home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapy License.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• CPR Certification; valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children birth to 21 with physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
• Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Work with families to teach strategies supporting progress at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide each child’s journey.
• Supervise COTAs when needed.
