Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to greet patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical or customer service setting preferred.
• Ability to verify patient registration and insurance information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance details.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages appropriately.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
