Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a 12-year-old girl. The role focuses on seizure management and daily nursing tasks in the client’s home, Monday through Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Previous pediatric seizure management experience is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing with seizure management.
• Deliver compassionate care to a 12-year-old patient in Ridgefield, CT.
• Report progress to the clinical team and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 12-year-old female client in Ridgefield, CT.

This position requires previous pediatric seizure management experience. If you have experience caring for pediatric patients with seizure disorders and are passionate about providing exceptional one-on-one care, we'd love to hear from you.

• Location: Ridgefield, CT
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Care Needs: One-on-one pediatric nursing with seizure management
• Required Experience: Pediatric seizure management experience is required.
