Affimmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Pediatric LPN to provide one-on-one home-based nursing for pediatric clients in Fairfield County, CT. Flexible per diem shifts include day, evening, overnight, and weekend slots with competitive pay starting at $40 per hour.

Ideal candidates hold an active CT LPN license, current BLS, and at least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience. We offer streamlined onboarding, ongoing clinical support, and a dedicated team to assist you.

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is looking for compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
