Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is expanding its Pediatric Division and seeks compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT.

Available shifts include Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekend, with flexible per diem scheduling. LPNs start at $40.00 per hour, with weekly direct deposit, a sign-on bonus, and ongoing training and support from a dedicated nursing/administrative team.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license is required.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care to patients in the home setting.
• Support flexible per diem scheduling across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with the nursing and administrative team to ensure high-quality in-home care.
