Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division to provide skilled one-on-one nursing care for a 1-year-old girl with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube at her home in Connecticut.

We are seeking compassionate LPNs with pediatric experience who want meaningful, flexible per diem shifts, including day, evening, overnight and weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube care strongly preferred.
• Home care, hospital, or acute-care pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home nursing care to a pediatric patient.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and family education during visits.

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to a 1-year-old pediatric girl with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube in the comfort of her home in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an LPN who is confident providing pediatric complex-care support and wants to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child and her family.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $40.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and feeding tube care strongly preferred
• Home care, hospital, or acute-care pediatric experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening, including PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray documentation when applicable
