Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Fairfield County, CT is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for children in their own homes across Fairfield County, CT.

The role offers flexible per diem scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, starting pay at $40.00 per hour, plus weekly direct deposit, a sign-on bonus, and ongoing clinical training. Valid CT LPN license and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients at home.
• Flexible per diem scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Onboarding and ongoing clinical training and support.
• Collaborate with a supportive nursing and administrative team.
