Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatric Division and seeks compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in Fairfield County, CT. We offer flexible per diem scheduling across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

LPNs start at $40 per hour with weekly direct deposit, sign-on and referral bonuses, and ongoing clinical support. An Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months.
• TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON) within one year or chest X-ray if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in patients' homes.
• Support flexible per diem scheduling and various shift options.
• Join our pediatric home care team and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Fairfield County, CT.
