Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Fairfield County, CT is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in patients’ homes. This per diem role offers flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight and weekends, with competitive pay and direct deposit.

As part of our Pediatric Division, you will deliver skilled nursing services to children, coordinate with families and healthcare teams, and enjoy ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum one year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X‑ray documentation, if applicable

Make a Difference with Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is looking for compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut.
