Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Per diem shifts include day, evening, overnight, and weekend options with fast onboarding and ongoing clinical support.

Starting at $40.00 per hour, the role offers sign-on and referral bonuses, flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, and dedicated nursing and administrative support to help you thrive in pediatric home care.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum one year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Current physical examination within the past 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable.
