Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years' experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Field Coordinator provides care in the field to assist in the coordination of services to meet the patient’s care needs.
• They document and provide information needed for clinical, regulatory, and financial management of the patient.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing
