Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse with Texas licensure (or license-eligible) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years pediatric experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of pediatric home care.
• 2 years home health and/or discharged facilitation/case management experience preferred.
