Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Nursing Field Coordinator to support in-home health services in Fort Worth. The role focuses on coordinating patient care in the field and documenting information for clinical, regulatory, and financial purposes.

Ideal candidates are RNs with hospital, critical care, or home health experience, and pediatric experience is preferred. The position reports to the Nursing department and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years' experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
