Job summary

Pediatric Associates in Towncenter, Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Outstanding Front Office Lead with a passion for pediatric care. You will assist the Practice Manager with daily office operations, coordinate clinician scheduling, and supervise front desk staff.

The role requires strong organization, knowledge of office systems, and the ability to communicate with patients, hospitals, and team members. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; a sign-on bonus of 3,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical front office preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Manager in coordinating scheduling for clinicians and staff.
• Check-in/check-out patients and collect co-pays as needed.
• Ensure accurate chargemaster and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain neat work area and support office operations.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to process improvements.
