Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration or related field.
• Minimum three years of front office experience in pediatric medical office.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong English written and oral communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office personnel, hire/fire, schedule, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee front office services and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Create and maintain calendars for providers, patients, and staff.
• Coordinate with Nurse Supervisor to plan schedules and provider meetings.
• Oversee urgent referral processes and staff training for referrals.
• Maintain office supplies, forms, equipment, and petty cash.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy, Medent training, and data security.
• Perform quality audits and report results to Office Manager.
• Run reports including patient transfers and quality metrics.
• Complete daily to-do’s and triage in the EMR.
