Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in health care or customer service.
• Experience using EMR systems is required.
• Previous supervisor or lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk functioning in alignment with Medical Home goals.
• Schedule front desk and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train and mentor new patient access specialists.
• Communicate revenue cycle information and changes to staff.
• Provide ongoing feedback and lead front desk staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Act as liaison between Revenue Cycle and the clinic.
