Innovative Pediatric Dentistry, part of Heartland Dental, seeks a Business Assistant for the Pediatric Front Office to greet patients, manage phones, insurance contacts and scheduling. The role supports multiple providers in a fast-paced environment with PHI protection and HIPAA compliance.

You will use dental software for scheduling, processing payments and claims, ensuring accurate records and a smooth patient experience. Growth and teamwork are key in this supportive office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection required; access to PHI will be limited.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and insurance communications.
• Use dental software for scheduling and records; schedule for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post payments and process accounts receivable; review treatment fees.
