• Communicates with patients, family members, and/or caregiver’s in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.
• Provides patient with necessary paper forms or Phreesia tablet for check-in and updates insurance/demographics.
• Monitors patients wait time and appointment flow.
• Maintains patient sign-in sheets and confidentiality.
