Novus Group is seeking a Front Office Medical Billing Specialist for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at our Pittsburgh site. This on-site role handles reception, registration, and billing functions in a fast-paced multi-specialty practice.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in a medical office or patient billing. Epic/Medipac experience and strong communication are preferred. Competitive benefits and daytime schedule offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a medical office or patient billing.
• Proficient typing; comfortable with PC-based apps and EHRs (Epic/Medipac preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out and portal enrollment at front desk.
• Handle patient registration and financial navigation, verify benefits and collect copayments.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate care with ancillary services.
• Maintain a patient-centered environment and handle calls and records efficiently.
