Trusted Doctors in Woodbridge, VA seeks a professional, full-time Medical Receptionist for our pediatric office. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage intake with accuracy while maintaining a friendly, efficient front desk presence.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of medical reception experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• EMR experience desirable - eClinicalWorks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Answer a high volume of calls courteously and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments using the scheduling matrix.
• Organize medical records so providers have necessary information.
• Perform reception duties in an efficient, courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient flow and check-in timing.
• Operate standard office machines.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Scan reports and file into the EMR.
• Collect, enter and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
