US Pediatric Partners in Stafford Township, NJ is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist who will be the first contact for families. You will manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, verify insurance and maintain patient accounts in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, HIPAA privacy, and friendly, professional communication with families and clinical staff. Prior medical office experience and EMR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior medical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient accounts preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer applications.
• Prior EMR experience preferred.
• Effective spoken, reading and writing skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greets the patient or visitor via telephone or in person.
• Answers incoming calls politely and professionally.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics.
• Verifies patient insurance coverage and collects co-pays.
• Schedules patient appointments and maintains lobby area.
• Communicates with clinical staff to manage patient flow.
• Ensures HIPAA privacy and handles records securely.
