Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• 1 year of Healthcare experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries; schedule appointments or direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Work within an electronic medical records system.
• Collect patient payments; apply payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
• Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
• Perform daily administrative tasks as needed by the practice.
