PM Pediatrics is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a welcoming, first-class experience to families. You will manage registrations, answer questions, and support the medical team with efficient administrative tasks while upholding PM’s core values.

The role requires strong customer service, multi-tasking, and confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED is required, with healthcare exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet families professionally in person and by phone.
• Answer patient/family questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Demonstrate empathy and active listening in difficult situations.
• Support patient care quality initiatives as directed.
• Coordinate escalations and urgent issues for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographics, insurance, and billing info while HIPAA compliant.
• Monitor patient flow during waiting and registration; assist with self-registration.
