Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks clarification when needed.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and protects patient privacy.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate accounts with demographics and insurance info.
• Manages patient flow and waiting area, including self-registration where applicable.
• Coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolution.
• Supports front desk operations and other duties as assigned.
