Qualifications

• Association or bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Arizona RN license or compact license required.
• 2+ years of bedside nursing experience or demonstrated competence in bedside nursing.
• One year supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations and staff to deliver family-centered care.
• Lead staffing, admissions, discharges, and rounds to optimize throughput.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
