Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS, PALS or PEARS certification.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting.
• At least one year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff attendance and hospital-wide staffing.
• Supervise nurses and support staff on the unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet unit goals.
• Respond to emergent patient issues as part of BERT.
• Maintain trauma-informed Sanctuary Model throughout the unit.
• Foster a positive, safe, and therapeutic environment.
