Qualifications

• Current nursing certification in clinical nursing expertise or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operational activities to ensure quality family-centered care.
• Lead and supervise nursing and support staff on assigned shift.
• Monitor staffing and resources; update scheduling and quality indicators in real time.
• Promote clinical leadership and staff development; mentor team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
