Qualifications

• Current MA Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family-centered services for birth to three in home and community settings.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families and schedule interventions.
• Document progress notes and correspondence using the Thom system.
