Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services in Woburn, MA seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver home- and community-based early intervention for infants and toddlers. You will partner with families, developing IFSPs and using evidence-based practices to support development in cognition, communication, and motor skills.

Responsibilities include multidisciplinary assessments, progress notes, and coordination of services, with a focus on individualized, culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PT license is required.
• Experience with infants and toddlers is preferred.
• Ability to engage families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the child’s developmental status.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three in home and community settings.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families and coach parents.
• Complete progress notes and documentation using Thom system.
• Offer individual and group intervention across cognitive, motor, and communication areas.
