Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families to create IFSPs and goals.
• Assess developmental status and family resources.
• Maintain timely progress notes and documentation.
• Partner with families to promote child development and parent coaching.
