Qualifications

• Bilingual/bicultural a plus is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three years.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families; schedule and coordinate intervention plans.
• Document progress notes, reports, and assessments in the Thom system.
