Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services in Worcester, MA seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver home and community based early intervention services for infants and toddlers aged birth to three. You will partner with families to tailor developmentally appropriate plans grounded in evidence-based practice.

Eligible candidates earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $81,000–$86,000, plus productivity bonuses and a 403(b) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the MA Board is required.
• One year EI experience or one year pediatrics experience.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments.
• Assess family and child needs and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth-to-three.
• Coordinate interventions and monitor plans (IFSPs).
• Support families in goal setting and advocacy.
• Document progress notes and communications in EHR.
