Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of developmental status.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three years.
• Develop and monitor IFSP goals with families.
• Complete progress notes and documentation using Thom system.
• Deliver home and community based early intervention services.
