Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations and front/back-office functions to ensure efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop staff while fostering a collaborative office culture.
• Monitor financial results, revenue growth, expenses, patient retention, and case acceptance to meet goals.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
